LTBR: Opened a position today at .64. Could have gotten in sooner had ATrade not put a 6-business-day hold on a check I sent them.

Why is this stock so low? They have a deal with AREVA and, I infer from the CEO's comments that things are looking pretty good down the road.

We have a huge advantage as small players, and I hope that this stock proves to be a good example of that.
