ABRW - after no news in 6 months, I'm sure people started questioning their investment, but this 8-K filed Friday morning (market was closed on Friday) seems to explain the reason for the silence, as the company was in a transition period .....

This SEC filing is very very powerful, as a whale is now running the company and why would a guy like this come into run a tiny unknown company unless he loves the product as I do ?
