Anyway even if PTSC was not in a near hopeless legal situation the supposedly independent Alliacense is claiming that the work sending MMP patent warning letters and doing technical tear downs of accused infringers is actually their property! PTSC paid millions for this work. The appropriately named PTSC CEO, Mr. Flowers, probably did not read the small print and let himself get gamed yet again. Of course Alliacense is run by TPL owner Dan Lecrone's son out of the same office suite. PTSC would simply be gamed and fooled by TPL even if the legal situation was ok. Most people still invested in PTSC do not know this so I am sharing.
