RDY: The real FACT is that Soon-Shiong has NEVER SAID he wanted to use a tracking stock. But, if he had, it is impossible for the dissolved KEYO to be any part of it. The shares in KEYO were dissolved in 2011. Since 2011, the shares in KEYO no longer survived. They died in 2011.
KEYO is over.
The new morph is that KEYO will never trade again but....
And then the argument dissolves into vagueness. No one can explain the big mystery of how the scam becomes a real scheme.
