Do you have other information to indicate that someone other than Duane Spader is currently calling the shots and running the company? If so, please provide. Also, please provide any information you may have as to who, other than Duane Spader, is currently serving on the Board of Directors, and how any new members of the Board of Directors were selected and elected.

P.S. Please ask those in control why there was no filing of an 8-K back in February when the other 2 members from the Board of Directors were ousted. Thanks in advance.
