RDY: I didn't say it is a 'normal IPO.' Tracking stock IPOs are a discounted, old-fashioned form of an IPO. However, it is a 'traditional IPO' in the aspect that a non-traditional IPO includes dutch auctions, crowdsources and open check IPOs. Unless this is the new morph for the KEYO scheme?
A tracking stock IPO is issued in the exact same manner as a non-tracking IPO, but the tracking stock delivers less value to the investor and therefore is discounted heavily to valuation.

So, that makes me 'RIGHT!' Again.
