Agree that headset margin issues could be real ugly. Sure this is a major upgrade cycle, but its an upgrade with a smaller portion of pure games ( migration to PC based or just not gaming at all ).

Inventory levels on old gen should be about gone which is a bonus and without any negative mold / recall issues things should be clean.

Also call me crazy but it seems odd that the relationship they already had via Ron and Activision that the only real HSC roll-out has been with Call of Duty / Best Buy.

Why hasn't the consumer retail, auto, Build-a-Bear or even McDonalds testing provided some fruit yet? Did they test this stuff and then table it with no sense of urgency? That is the news I'd like to hear about since the consumer market for homes won't work IMO ( too much money, cash would be better spent on a hearing device that works outside of living room, too complicated to set up and to have hearing aid people do the "selling" just doesn't make sense to me).
