------ High noon, boys. Time for news.

There were only two people associated with the company, in one way or another, that I respected: Williams and Scott. Murphy was just a lawyer that got bared from practicing law in Florida for a year because he cheated his clients out of fees. Williams was a great businessman that became a billionaire by building the best highways in the nation here in Texas. Scott was a consultant for the company, and was hired by Yates. Scott and me didn't see eye to eye on many things. But nonetheless, he was never obnoxious, and was only doing his job as a consultant for Yates and NSEH. He came to the board representing the company the day after the two fake PRs went out. He said he was the consultant for the company. And the company confirmed that either in a filing or someplace else by listing him as the company consultant. At times, he was a go between person between Yates and the shareholders. Some times he tweeted for Yates, or answered questions for him. Other times he would come on the board here and set up where shareholders could talk to Yates or him about the company. Yates said he was the company consultant, and everyone paid attention to him, no matter what he said. Scott had a sad tragedy going on in his life. And one time he mentioned it by accident on the board here. He later said he mentioned it by accident and it had nothing to do with NSEH. (But it really did.) But nonetheless, everyone felt sorry for him. Those that were around at that time know what I am talking about.

Yesterday was a slow day and I didn't have much to do, so I thought I'd check to see how Scott was holding up under the tragedy he was going through. And the more I checked it out about him, the more I learned the kind of person he was, and how hard the tragedy was on him. It was a very sad story.

I was just ready to stop my DD, but I went on a little more. Then guess what? I discovered something. Scott, this man who Yates said was the companies big shot consultant . . . was a welder working at A O Smith. And that revelation comes from Scott himself.

He has his profile on the internet. You can find it if you take the time, and do the DD, and dig deep enough.
