CANV withdrew the S-1 Registration from July, 2015

This Withdrawal of Registration means that the S-1 filing for 29M shares from July, 2015 won't be going into effect, so they won't be issuing the additional $4.5M of convertible notes.

I'm not 100% sure that this is because of me, but yesterday (3/22,) I wrote CANV Investor Relations and suggested that management file an RW to take the S-1 off the table.
