I am definitely expecting some fairly major corporate news as well, and would be disappointed with just an affirmation of expectations.

Here is a crazy idea -- let's spin off a portion of HSClear. I want that pure play again (bring back PAMT!). I have never liked this merger and the market appears to agree. A total spin off would likely be obvious and a bad managerial admission -- so maybe just 50%. But with the stock at a buck the current management might not want to do anything of that nature.

My total dream report/call is they reaffirm FY headset numbers - provide solid HSClear numbers next 12 months (ramp specifics) - and announce a private placement for a 15% stake in HSClear (cash) along with a partial HSClear spin-off. They need to unlock some of the value in the stock with something of this nature.

The nightmare is headset margin issues or if they lower revenue forecasts for headsets. Hopefully the recent big buys by insiders were a signal that at least that worst case scenario isn't in the cards.
