PTSC could hit .002 before the reverse split! People can tell the company has given up and is only protecting their pay checks. Also, short sellers target stock like this making desperate reverse split moves and it simply drives the share price right back down. I would recommend voting against the reverse split and against the company directors.....although it hardly matters because "majority voting" is only advisory for PTSC so all the many broker non votes will go to what PTSC management and board wants......that is part of the reason you should sell.....and the tanking share price!
