Anything can happen here. This is a dormant publicly-traded company whose former CEO and majority(?) shareholder now works at one of the world's largest and most reputable accounting and consulting firms. Maybe UVSE will undergo a reverse merger with a LIVING, BREATHING company. It's far less expensive to resurrect a deceased publicly-traded company like UVSE than to take a private company public. Perhaps Raley will buy now worthless shares from the former CD holders and return them for cancellation.

What we do know is that at PwC, Raley is surrounded by a slew of financial opportunities and incredibly shrewd, innovative minds always looking to profit. That keeps me optimistic after 7 years of irrelevance.

If he's working at PWC then Raley's no fool.....
