Hey shermen I have played the game and people will tell you last thing you'll see me wearing is a suit.
Take your cry baby attitude and stuff it.

If you can't stop yourself from receiving two penalties of being a JERK then maybe it's you not the rule.

This isn't the playground back home. GROW UP!

Seahawks CB Richard Sherman rips NFL commissioner Roger Goodell over proposed rule change

NFL commissioner Roger Goodell found himself on the receiving end of a hit from Seahawks All-Pro Richard Sherman.
In an interview with ESPN reporter Jim Trotter that aired Sunday on "SportsCenter," Seattle's loquacious cornerback weighed in with his opinion of Goodell's proposed rule change that would disqualify any player flagged for more than one unsportsmanlike conduct penalty during the course of a game. Sherman, as is his style, didn't mince words.
"I think it's foolish," he said of the rule change. "It sounds like something somebody who's never played the game would say -- something that they would suggest --because (Goodell) doesn't understand."
"He's just a face," Sherman continued. "He's just a suit. He's never stepped foot on the field and understood how you can get a personal foul."
The 27-year-old Sherman was recently elected to the NFL Players' Association executive committee after serving as the Seahawks' union representative for the 2015-16 season.
He blamed league executives when asked why he thought the NFL has not come up with a solution for the controversial catch rule, saying former players would do a better job of legislating on-field action.
"You've got a bunch of suits doing it," Sherman said. "Let (former NFL wide receivers) Jerry Rice and Michael Irvin talk about it for about 20, 30 minutes -- maybe Cris Carter, Randy Moss -- let those guys have a roundtable discussion about what a catch should be and come up with a rule. I guarantee you it'd be more effective than the rule they have now because those are the pass-catchers. Those are some of the best pass-catchers we've had. I think it'd be more straightforward and to the point."
"But you've got a bunch of guys who have never played," he continued. "They've probably touched a football to hold it out or to shake somebody's hand, to take a picture, but they've never played the game."
Sherman is no stranger to taking on the NFL. In November 2014, he and Seahawks receiver Doug Baldwin performed a skit lampooning the league's fining of teammate Marshawn Lynch and to call out what they saw as "hypocritical" policies.
