As you know I cannot speak to anything not publicly released. I will
only re-emphasize I am cleaning up this mess (TDEY) both literally,
figuratively and legally.
Oak River Technology will remain and function as a ethical,profitable
legal company.
TDEY will follow ORT lead I assure you.
We could release yet more large contracts ORT has signed.....but
until TDEY is completely and totally cleaned of every single spec of
previous management we will not be taken seriously, And we know this
and am addressing this aggressively.
We knew nothing we did or do would have any validity until TDEY was totally and completely cleaned of vermin. Totally and completely. I cannot say it with any more emphasis.
TDEY suffered from the K Share owned by Vakser giving him 69% of all voting rights. His actions/reputation and the K share doomed anything ORT accomplished. We know/knew that.
Family and friendlies in the Chairman/CFO and Board.
Less than reputable attorney representation.
Total lack of reputable accounting.
Hidden notes all over hell and back.
Hidden stocks all over hell and back.

I enjoy a good fight as much as the next guy. I am well experienced and good at it.

We are not here to "raise money". That fact in itself should tell you a lot.
