Question? The court docs stickied above, I've read them carefully and it's not hard to see the microcap securities fraud taskforce is out to lynch A.F & rightly so imop.
Don't you think there is risk here for delisting?
There is nothing good in those docs.
I cant see how he can fight these charges. They are simple & straightforward.
My guess is if the charges were questionable they would not have been brought forward.

Problem is the postal workers that have gambled their children's tuition on this once seemingly good investment are now screwed.
