Yes. The 10-K was just filed on 02/27/2016 (see the first link below) which shows the Net Asset or shareholder's Equity Value is $14,638,693.69 now --- i.e. $0.006 per share Positive Book Value (BV)!

Anyway the Huge BV is 20 TIMES of the current joke low price $0.0003! Therefore it is very easy for EFLN to hit the previous highs area 0.0016 ~ 0.0021 again since the SS is the FIXED and SAME while the BV is 0.006 a share!

It is almost impossible to find another OTCCI stock with such high BV without any dilution for five years!

To those hundreds of millions shares of 0.0021 ~ 0.0006 buyers: if you ever bought 1M shares at 0.0021 ~ 0.0006 then you could buy 7M ~ 2M shares at 0.0003 now by using the same amount of cash to average down your cost bases! Say someone every bought 1M shares at 0.0015 and now he/she could buy 5M shares at 0.0003 with the same $1,500! Thus his/her cost base will be reduced singificantly from 0.0015 to 0.0005 now.

To all the new investors here: with only $300 you could buy 1M shares at 0.0003 which only cost you $300 now. Then you could gain $1,800 ~ $300 when EFLN hits 0.0021 ~ 0.0006 again!

EFLN can easily surge back to the recent high 0.0016 again based on the FIXED Tiny float available for trading below 0.0017 --- less than 80M shares from the first chart below! 80M shares is the Maximal Trading Volume since 02/2011 (i.e. over FIVE years)!

Keep in mind: based on the Huge Net Asset or Equity Value each share of EFLN worth 0.006 which is 20 Times of the current ask 0.0003!
