SRRE 5 filings in 2016 already. only 1 in 2015. something is happening here. CEO bought another 40M shares @0.085 in 2014. I know the housing price in Shanghai China almost doubled in 3 month. SRRE invested $17M in one big project in Shanghai 2014. Could it be a great return ?


On March 13, 2014, the Company has signed a joint development agreement with Zhongji Pufa Real Estate Co. According to this agreement, the Company obtained a right to develop the Guangxinglu Project, which located in Putuo district, Shanghai, PRC. This project covers a site area of approximately 2,502 square meters for the development of one building of apartment.
