3/16/16 Conclusion: Today's breakout might have been artificial given the Fed announcement that rate hikes will be fewer than the original four they had previously discussed which implies a buying exhaustion.

However, you could look at today's "pop" as an initiation impulse which is why I am neutral in the short and intermediate terms.
