If I remember correctly, read a PR that the CEO was going to use the proceeds from the Marina Tower sale to pay off debt and boost cash reserves for future acquisitions and joint ventures. I like how they are in the private healthcare and the real estate business. For the long term, I believe the business will thrive as long as the ACA remains fundamentally in tact, and they can avoid non-payments and other bad debt. Will plan to contact the CEO once the building sale clears.
