BENEFICIAL OWNERSHIP went from RioRoca to new CEO in form of 200m restricted.
RioRoca- Par Point Capital-Colins Capital-are the same venture imo

ben sold out all his shares with no respect to shareholders and gained over $5 million during 5 yr period of t (the most self-serving bias)...500 million shares have been diluted from $2 to $.0001

the whole shebang has been reorganized at the bottom of the pps and longs are lucky that it came up with NO REVERSE & ended w/3b a/s, 1b o/s and 800m float.

if they stick to the same ratio, they need to rise pps to 0.5 cents to gain at least $5 mill by sell off remaining 2b

odds are good here imho
