German Euro Dollar arbitrage express is over now folks and the Euro buying has dried up completely. IN my opinion that is what that was. Every time their is German buying the stock sees US action then dries up and goes lower. The stock is today rated a technical sell (see link below). Next time you see that German buying make sure you are going some US selling. You could have gotten out at 1c for a little while now it is .007 and the technicals (market sentiment indicators) say the stock is poised to resume its regular down ward trend.
