Bonds with no fee for early withdrawal? Are you talking about selling a bond before it hits its' maturity date? Usually when that happens you can actually get less than what you paid for it by withdrawing too early. Not sure what you are looking for. Is it that the savings accounts are so low that you are looking for something else with a higher yield that doesn't cost you to get out of at any time? If so, check out MyDirectSavings.com They give about the highest % on a savings account where you may withdraw at any time - not like a cd where you need to lock in for a certain time. They are currently giving 1%:
