Saints, thank you for the opinion. I have to say, looks to be an attractive offer which is why I wondered why it hadn't moved. As you know the NASDAQ, Commodity Boards are dynamic as are global currency exchanges (for dollars, yen,euros etc), but so are the crypto exchanges (https://exchange.coinbase.com/trade/BTC-USD) which is why I asked the question.
