If that was the case, a news letter would have been published.
Haven't seen one yet. Plus they would be dumping their shares in hurry every single day. Not happening at all.

ZERO FILLS FOR THE LAST TWO WEEKS BID AT .0009 received 0 shares over the last 10 trading days.

You have to find a better explanation because this one is out in left field.

I say news on the way, just a matter of time. Being patient is the secret here.
