The business model that Gino has now, will really be a solid one that limits risk. This reminds me in the early tech bubble the model one chip maker used. The co. made theRAM chipsets. Then it private labeled out to other manufacturers and collected royalties for their intelectual property. They became a Nasdaq poerhouse with literally a board of directors and a bevy of lawyers to keep the royalties rolling in. They didn't need plants with 'clean rooms', employees with very specialized skills etc. Overhead, overhead and more overhead eating away your gross revenues. Now apply this methodology to Utalkwifi. The artists use their name recognition and good will to promote the app. They mage their orders and send the 'royalties' to Wifiwireless Inc. They manage the social media platform as advertising. They use their staffs to create special venues to promote Utalk i.e. fund raisers, etc.
The colle3ction of "royalties" then builds a strong financial support structure for Wifi Wireless Inc. to do Wifi my city.
Create and fund new itellectual properties? It's a very solid business model.
