In any NEW leadership circumstance when a NEW individual takes control of power, it's just COMMON SENSE to issue a public statement to his fellow supporters.
Think "Inaugural State of the Union" Addresses where a President communicates his intentions to the people of the United States that voted him in.
A FORMAL introduction, by way of a PRESS RELEASE on a MAJOR Financial News Wire that syndicates to the lower news wires and services.
That's all shareholders of Emaji are asking for.
We're not asking for this to be placed on "Twitter" or a the Corporate Website. Let's face it, unless you are already a friend, business associate, constituent or shareholder of Christopher Petzel/Emaji Entertainment; that's not the venue a new CEO wants to utilize to alert the masses.
It certainly isn't the venue a new CEO wants to utilize to increase/attract potential investors.
So, it isn't just MY opinion that a Press Release needs to be issued.
It's FACT.
Christopher needs to remind himself that he is now the new CEO of a PUBLICLY TRADED, fully reporting entity. He has a fiduciary responsibility to correspond with and inform his loyal shareholder base of the current "state of affairs" within the company, as well as forward looking interests and intentions.
At BARE MINIMUM Christopher needs to delegate an individual to act as an "Investor Relations" representative to field shareholder questions, comments and concerns.
Christopher needs to have a working telephone number or email address such as "CEO_EMJI@emaji.com" or "Chris.Petzel@emaji.com" so that shareholders can communicate with him directly instead of posting to an ANONYMOUS individual by way of Emaji@emajinews.com
By the way, is that anonymous individual Robert Atwell? If so, what is his official role in the "new" Emaji Entertainment?
Christopher needs to issue a PR that states his Formal Education, Full Production relevant background history, Accomplishments he's had in the production/entertainment arena (including Fierce Entertainment), the potential to merge his business with Emaji at some point, what specifically he intends to do with the "Sports, Ventures and Toy" arms of Emaji (which since inception has never taken off), what positive developments have been made on his Euro/Asia trip, what developments is he anticipating on the upcoming China trip, updates on the "state of affairs" concerning the pre-production/production of THE HOWLING and STRANGELAND films, and last but not necessarily the end of my list - - updated status reports concerning potential partners, financiers & private equity constituents.
All shareholders felt hyped/amped up when we realized that Robert Atwell/Christopher Petzel were making substantial efforts in reducing the O/S , Atwell selling his preferred's back to Chris, retiring/cancelling his commons and Chris's brother Jan assisting by purchasing back the dilutive CD notes that have been weighing down the shares for years, etc etc
For over a year, EMJI failed to maintain a BID and now for the first time, there has been one. The CD note holders have had ample time to "hit the bid" and make their multi hundred percent gains on the toxic shares they managed to steal from the company at .00005 and lower.
Those crying "I've been stuck in this POS for over a year and cant sell because there is NO BID" , have had the opportunity to also "hit the bid" and move on with their lives.
I concur that the bid looked good a week or two ago, but has since diminished and very well may go the way of the dinosaur if Chris fails to acknowledge shareholder requests to "show us the meat" of what's going on.
Tweets aren't going to cut it Chris.
Posting a shareholder newsletter on a corporate website no one knows about, isn't going to cut it either.
We ask that you do the right thing as soon as you have concrete news to share.
I remain long and strong here and have faith that you will deliver.
