I hope not. Maybe this guy was brought in to bring and negotiate a Pharmacyclics type deal to Ariad. Some guys strike paydirt twice in a span of a few years. Let's hope he's one of them.
Fitz was a loyal HB guy, easy to force out, still gets a plan. Got HB paid out. Maybe he had enough. Maybe he doesn't want to co-chair another AGM and put up with angry shareholders, dutifully silent to not agree with accusations made there though he knew otherwise.
Denner already laid out the plan, we're getting sold. Ariad can't fight a hostile, if a buyer ever shows up. With nothing new and different cooking in the labs as of yet, Ariad's future has a DCF defined end.

The BoD overpaid themselves and the CEO, they breached their fiduciary responsibilities, they doctored their records and coerced and bought off their accuser...I want THE TRUTH!!!
