Who prepared the financial statements and the S-1 for the audit by Farooq? I searched all the names surrounding the issuer, and not one of them is a CPA in any state in the US other than Farooq.

Since we have been on the topic of derivatives, many CPAs even have issues with derivative accounting. I don't think Farooq is even current on derivative accounting, because there are some red flags in the financials pertaining to the derivatives.

And I can tell you, this guy, who claims to be the CFO/Principal Accountant had nothing to do with derivatives ever in his life.

We really need to see and have disclosure of the "New Notes", because this is a mess.
