It's a catch-22. One the one hand you lose certain investors who deploy capital based on 8k and the like. On the other hand filing the form 15 unties the Co's hands and they have free reign to do what stocks in the OTC do best. Let's put it this way..tickers get suspended/halted/delisted every day but I've never in all my time witnessed an OTC traded stock voluntarily take themselves out of the game. GGSM's management is gearing up for a major spike.
