3/9/16 Conclusion: A market top was put in last week and since then price has been trading mostly sideways. Short-term overbought indicators are now on their way down. Intermediate-term indicators are showing indecision. Even though they haven't completely topped, they are extraordinarily overbought which suggests the bear market will continue.
