FWIW, I divested my CYPW stock a while ago. I won a few million shares in a lawsuit many years ago, back when it was around $0.40/share. So, I picked up a few bucks.
The guys who owned the shell (Jim DiPrima, Robin Moody, et al) screwed some shareholders and I was one of them. I was able to get the IRS on them as well - that was indeed fun.
Harry was and remains a dupe on the biz side. He was never "in on the scam" but merely provided a corporate facade for the pump -and-dump scam to be played out. Quite a few dollars were made on this in the early days (July 2007-2009).
Clearly, Harry remains blind to engineering as well. When I spoke with him (one time, during the settlement phase) his comportment was that of a typical "basement bomber": uneducated, arrogant, very brusque, thought he was really smart at this stuff, never got the credit he deserved, etc. I recognized the "somatype" quickly and simply dealt with him succinctly and as briefly as possible to settle the issue.
Sad.
