notice what the next 4 MMs' (aka decoys) did % wise (49.02%) .. *difference of .024%* .. hmmm
notice what ARCAH did volume wise (even with all that decoy UC'ingon ask) .. ;) .. 14500 (ATS Dark Pool)
notice what the last 2 MMs' (aka decoys) did % wise (mirrored .021% with mirrored/duplicated volume of 2,399 per decoy)

i'm gonna predict why NN has to be *kept* below 50% .. ;) .. after the *gamble* of August's *set up* re: those
12500 *shares* .. or as i've noted .. add another 1.5M ~ to the abusive pile .. OUCH

is because imo NN's *non retail* bosses will trigger reg sho on PTOI ..

which makes today's foundation SHAREHOLDER UPDATE in advance of P2O's K for 2015 .. timing telling *imo*

i look forward to specifics *articulated* out of P2O's mgmt
