The downtown Waukegan branch of NorStates Bank has undergone a facelift after the bank recently sold the building on Madison Avenue across from the Lake County Courthouse. The bank is leasing back the ground floor space that has housed the branch for years. Norstates recently hosted a grand reopening of the branch attended by city officials and bank executives. New improvements include new entrance at 212 W. Madison Avenue, interior remake and new sidewalk. – Staff report
