Agreed. But it was always designed to be what it turned out to be - an insider enrichment scheme. It was set up by pro con artists, and employed all the typical penny scam playbook tactics. There were several people warning about who was behind SKTO/AEGY from the very beginning. Everything they warned about came true.

If nothing else, it remains a valuable, if painful, lesson to avoid pink sheet scams.
