The dividend of worthless common shares isn't what was promised. It was the dividend of a different class of stock (which was also ultimately going to be worthless). Not that there was ever going to be a $15-25mm capital raise, but now that is totally off the table. A "biotech" that has no money and can't raise money - what a joke.

CBIS will soon be celebrating 7 years of ripping off investors and failing to accomplish anything. One has to wonder how long people will continue to fall for their b.s.
