Reverse. Triangular. Merger.

This explains why NACSV is insolvent and why they are relocating. GDSI will use their subsidiary to help Rontan go public. After Rontan merges with NACSV, Rontan will become the surviving entity and GDSI will remain the parent company. This process is highly beneficial for Rontan and GDSI. Rontan's contracts can easily be absorbed by GDSI and there won't be no need for shareholder voting in regards to a reverse merger, which will save GDSI time and money.

From the responses I am getting from Rontan workers, they too have heard of this deal. One of the workers I talked to claimed the deal had already been finalized. So if this is true, Edigimar A. Maximiliano Jr is now CEO and Robert Sullivan is now Non-Executive Chairman.

So when Edigimar A. Maximiliano feels it is the right time, he will drop the PR we've all been waiting for.
