Can anyone explain why a Pink Sheet with a yield sign who's last
filing was Dec 2014, is actually trading and going up? The only
thing I can figure is unless someone is shorting.

I personally wouldn't touch this, usually stay away from Pinks and especially with a yield sign.

Weird, very weird.
