Randy Hoff is an insane ass. He obviously made up that fake persona just like he made up the bullshit 'financials' that claimed magically $10 million in a bank account that didn't exist and just as mysteriously disappeared in the later 'financials' after I called him ~OUTT on that obvious lie and sent an email to the LA office of the SEC about it. In retrospect, I should have cc:'ed FINRA on that and they could have coordinated with the SEC and suspended this scam.

Now Randy is back in his shtbox 742 sq ft shack in Lotus cutting firewood to pay for his food bill after his monthly food stamp EBT card credits run ~OUTT about the 17th of each month.

It's been a fairly warm January and February, so I expect his firewood cutting sales are down in the dumps. Two more weeks and he'll be getting mighty hungry until the first of next month and the food stamp EBT card getts reloaded.

Ya gotta laff at his bullsheet - the 'corporate jet' that was gonna fly any shareholder who bought $50,000 of his obvious scam to the non-existent shareholder meeting. His bogus, fake, bullsheet, totally-made-up-from-his-diseased-mind 'deals' that were sooo ridiculous that even the most gullible widows and orphans wouldn't buy his worthless stock because the lies were evident even to them.

Randy is just a failed human being. A total failure. He clearly can't have 23 full pairs of chromosomes. If we karyotyped him, I'll bet he has at most 17 and a third chromosomes and that's the sum of maybe 200 busted-up fragments, if one could piece them together.

He reminds me of Danny DeVito in the movie Twins, where his brother (Arnold Schwarzenegger) gott all the good genes and DeVito got all the garbage genes when the fertilized egg split in two.

Randy probably had a twin that was resorbed by the uterus during pregnancy, and that twin got all the good genes and all the garbage genes went into Randy.

I feel sorry for anyone who gave this assclown a penny or bought a single share of this obvious scam.
