Some of the stock purchased was CODE A which is >>>>>
"A – Grant, award, or other acquisition" << (stock options if you prefer)
CODE P is >>>>> "P – Open market or private purchase of securities"
Shares bought under CODE P yesterday 03/01/16 >>>>> ..........
Steven Bates (EVP & CFO)
3700 at $4.0126
6300 at $4.383
Total for Bates 10,000 ..........
Brain R Hanson (President and CEO)
20,000 at $3.8356
................... ...................
ON A PRE-Reverse split basis this would equate to 20,000 x 15 = 300,000 shares bought out of pocket by Hanson and 10,000 x 15 = 150,000 shares bought out of pocket by Bates
REMINDER CLOSING price today is still only .3066 pre Reverse split price. The stock traded around .80 cents 4 months ago and .70 3 months ago;Since,in my opinion, they are in better condition financially than they were then and the price of oil seems to be stabilizing and they are currently refinancing some of their debt ... is it too far of a stretch to think this should be trading at/near or higher than 1.00 a share pre-reverse prices which = 15.00 a share?
