iEntertainment Network to Acquire Tapstar Interactive

Tapstar brings Mobile and PC Game Publishing to IENT!


CARY, N.C. – March 2, 2016 – iEntertainment Network Inc., (OTCBB: IENT) announces that it has signed a Letter of Intent to acquire Tapstar Interactive Inc., (www.tapstargames.com/), bringing new games, new management, and new mobile and PC game publishing operations to iEntertainment Network for 2016 and beyond. The Tapstar acquisition is expected to add significant new revenues to iEntertainment Network, Inc.

Tapstar Interactive has recently launched Boulder Dash 30th Anniversary and Metro 2033: Wars. Mr. Chris Gray, CEO, and Mr. Steve Wall, President, each with decades of game management experience, have lined up an impressive list of game releases for 2016 including 5 mobile and three PC games based on well-known Intellectual Properties, (IP).

“The Tapstar strategy to acquire and develop mobile and PC game products based on world famous IP is very attractive to iEntertainment as a public company,” says iEntertainment Network Executive Chairman, JW “Wild Bill” Stealey. “We are excited to have Chris and Steve join our company and believe their operations can bring very significant additional revenues to the new IENT over the next few years!”

IENT will continue to grow its WarBirds franchise with a new mobile WarBirds release and new Bow Hunter 2016 and Crossbow Hunter 2016 mobile games. IENT also intends to return to full public company reporting in 2016.
