If the Prosecutors were the cause the delays, you can bet your jeans the defendants would have long ago filed a motion to dismiss the entire case, based on their right to a speedy trial. Have you also noticed, it has been 18 months since arraignment, and the significant bails haven't been reduced either, have they?
I agree with R1. They(?) can only play victim, and the game, for so long. Meanwhile, each day of delay is still one day closer to justice day, isn't it?
I still find it interesting how LYJN CEO Hanna's name, after 18 months, has been suddenly changed in the Court system from Hanna Schmieder to Hanna Schmieder Solomon. Now, why would the courts do that?
