softcare, in doing limited DD trying to find anything new on reporting
dates, I came up empty but did find a filing on the resignation of a
board director on Jan. 16th. No negative reason was given, but generally
that would not be considered a good sign as a directorship is a good
mark in one's business resume.....unless of course, that business makes
it a black mark. However, in fairness, it may be for health reasons or
one of many possible legit reasons to need to resign. I think a company
PR on the resignation giving whatever legit reason, would have been
a proper way to deal with such.
