Depending on the type of ”official” confirmation that one might want to see, you might have to wait for a PR and/or ”another” filing of sort from the company. As for me, the key filing that strongly suggested enough for me to believe was within the post below:

When you go back and read that post above, notice that filings page from the Nevada Secretary of State (NV SOS) has been changed to show a new name going from Energy Finders, Inc. to Datatecnics Corporation. Notice too that a new name has been entered as new management under the name of MOHAMMED ZULFIQUAR. All of this transpired a little while ago. ”Generally” when you see updates like this, it is ”usually” the first ”subliminal” hint of a merger or acquisition taking place.

You see, to get confirmation from the company, everyone was asking the wrong questions to put the company in an awkward situation to answer.

Regarding FINRA, you probably won’t find any FINRA documentation supporting an application for name, ticker, or cusip number changes. I would not expect to see anything from FINRA until after FINRA gives its final approval of which at such time, you will see such within the link below:

Within that post above, here’s something to consider for those who have not been following Energy Finders, Inc. (EGYF) long enough to have seen the changes within the Nevada Secretary of State (NV SOS) database which also further confirms what I had posted:

1 ** The Action Type at the top of the document is listed as Amendment for both Energy Finders, Inc. and Datatecnics Corporation within the NV SOS database.

2 ** The Document Number at the top of the document is listed as 20150497215-36 for both Energy Finders, Inc. and Datatecnics Corporation within the NV SOS database.

3 ** The File Date at the top of the document is listed as 11/12/2015 for both Energy Finders, Inc. and Datatecnics Corporation within the NV SOS database.

4 ** The Reason that was indicated under the File Date at the top of the document for both Energy Finders, Inc. and Datatecnics Corporation within the NV SOS database is NAME CHANGE/STOCK.

Now considered what someone had learned about Datatecnics Corporation having a minimum of three contracts in the works to be announced from what was tweeted. In my opinion, the stage is being set. I think enough has been indicated to confirm what's coming. IMHO

With those of us that are currently here taking the risk of such to be the case, we are hoping that we are getting in early on the next huge merger play. Those that are still waiting are looking for yet more to confirm such. I respect and understand each side of thoughts, but I personally am already a believer of what I have explained above.

Some people have to see it to believe it… and I do respect such... while some people believe it so they can already see it!
