No, it doesn't make sense. For one thing you don't know that NDR management was dead weight, for another Ali's gang are NOT making any money so there's nothing to save, and with respect to the bid and pps , how do you see this as being better off for investors, other than the fact that the same scammer is now running both companies? The only thing they're making a go of is now they are trying to scam their clients. Again, with respect to the bid, how is all of this fiasco for the good of investors?
