Harvest Soul and FPFI have nothing to do with each other any more.

Quirk and Martin set up Harvest as an LLC and bid adieu to Joe C and the FPFI family of companies. The shareholders got cleaned out by Quirk, who should be going to prison for what he did here.

The guy flat out stole millions from shareholders from all indicators that still exist.

If you missed it, Quirk resigned from FPFI but he is listed as the only member of Harvest Soul LLC and the place of business is his home address.

GAME OVER. this was a complete scam.
