Float 32,700,000 a/o Aug 21, 2015, those numbers were from last Summer. I wanted to make sure the shares now are the same now. The January filing gave percentages.

Outstanding Shares 166,762,441 a/o Aug 31, 2015

94M collectively, which is 58%

94m is 58% of X

X=162 million shares
So I think they cancelled 4m shares as a bonus.
