I guess they just couldn't resist with such a low float to start dumping more shares and increasing the O/S,,, sad to see really ... oohhhh wankers ... I get tired of all of these companies ...

At least in this case it's part of their Long-Term Incentive Plan (the “2013 LTIP”),,,so maybe it was planned but probably caps the price for a bit ... not sure about that ... not sure about anything lol!

I Still don't think oil is going anywhere but who knows ... which is why for the moment I'm going to continue to stay away ...
