I don't understand this. Mexican, Former President Vincente Fox says he's NOT gonna build the wall? Is he the former or not? ..AS a matter of fact, President Fox states that he is NOT going to pay for building that 'fucking' wall! .. I swear, he said that. .. ;) I like him ..oh donald please mess with him .. .just try it! drug cartels be after you to spank your bottom! But He's the former President, what am I not getting.. maybe his son is the current President?
