SEC has not yet declared the merger transaction effective

Before we get started I’d like to address the previously announced Western Refining transaction. On January 19th, Western filed a registration statement with the SEC and Northern Tier filed a scheduled 13E related to the proposed transaction. As Western’s registration statement has not yet been declared effective by the SEC, we will not have any comments nor entertain any questions related to the transaction or the timing of the transaction.
