boost share price is the answer I believe

I have reproduced below the Time & Sales record of HDYN stock transactions from yesterday; with those I've identified as Ray's noted. Please take some time and look through to draw your own conclusions, but I will point out a few things-
-HDYN volume on Feb 23 was 172,425 shares. Opened at $0.5125 and closed at $0.39. It would have taken a very large purchase on Tuesday to stem the decline in HDYN price.
- Volume on Feb 23 was significantly lighter at 51,275 shr. Of this about 44% was Ray at 22,725 shr. The stock opened at $0.35, down from Tuesday and sank to $.34 in 1.5 hours in very light trading (5700 shr) before Ray stepped in to make his first buy.
- Ray's purchases occurred in three groups at roughly 11:13, 2:32 and 3:45. In almost all cases (except the last buy) he took out the ask (and in most cases at a significant premium to the then current bid). In most cases this also moved the next ask offer significantly higher (He was pretty much responsible moving the ask from 0.34 to 0.50, or 47%). In other words this wasn't a simple "let's buy some at the Average Weighted Share Price" but rather designed to have the maximum effect per dollar spent on moving the share price.
Conclusion- Why did RL spend a whooping $9355 of his own money?- To keep the company share price from sinking further... (Not that there is anything wrong with that- in the words of Seinfeld) - (and he was eminently successful so far). It's either that or he has some inside knowledge about favorable developments and hasn't released anything to the public after the negative PR Tuesday so that he could add another 13% to his HDYN holdings on the back of deceived small shareholders (and even Seinfeld would think there is something wrong with that) (and no I don't believe that is in any way what happened).
